At Bluefin SUP, we want you to be completely satisfied with your paddleboarding gear. If you are not 100% happy with your purchase, you can return your unused item within 60 days for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Gear

  Ensure all items are in their original packaging, including the board, pump, paddle, and accessories, to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and drop off your package at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your returned equipment, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
